YUNT

How a Yunt gets deployed

Forward deployed engineers: the engineers come included.

A Yunt is not installed. It is deployed inside your company, and one of our engineers does that.

Every Yunt comes with its engineers. They don't sell or advise: they go into your company, map the role with your team, connect it to your systems, test it with your real work and stay in charge of keeping it working. That is a forward deployed engineer.

What it is

One of our engineers, working inside your company.

Forward deployed engineer means an engineer deployed on site. At Yunt it is the person in charge of making the role you hired work in your company: with your systems, your data, your permissions and the way you work.

Not a consultant, not an account manager. A software engineer: they write code, set up access, fix what breaks. And they work with your operations team, not with a slide deck.

Who does what: Software engineer, builds the product, in our office; Consultant, explains the product, in a meeting room; Forward deployed engineer, makes it work, inside your company.

A software engineer builds the product. A consultant explains it. A forward deployed engineer makes it work in your company.

The problem it solves

A Yunt doesn't work just by installing it.

A Yunt knows how to do a role's work: read emails, classify invoices, query a system, reply. What it doesn't know when it arrives is how that work gets done in your company: in which ERP, with which chart of accounts, who approves what, what must not be touched.

And your company has an ERP with years of use, an inbox where everything lands, WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets that hold whole processes together and permissions written down nowhere. Connecting the role to all of that, under your rules, is engineering work. That work is the forward deployed engineer's.

What a Yunt brings and what your company has. What a Yunt brings: Knows how to read, classify, query and reply, A role sheet still to be written, A record of every action, A human supervisor still to be named. What your company has: An ERP with years of use, An inbox where everything lands, WhatsApp groups, Spreadsheets holding processes together, Permissions written down nowhere, Different rules in every area. The engineer connects the two: Role sheet, access, the missing code and an exam with real cases before it touches anything.

What they do

They make Yunt live inside your systems.

Step by step, with your team. This is how a Yunt gets deployed:

The road until Yunt is working in your systems: Maps the role with your team, Writes the role sheet, Connects ERP, email and WhatsApp, Exam with real cases. Passes: Yunt working in your systems. Fails: adjust and repeat. Stays: reviews the record · corrects · updates the sheet · answers.
  1. They map the role with your team.

They sit with the person who does that work today. They write down how it's done, with which systems, what that person decides alone and what they ask about. From that they write the role sheet: functions, rules and the human supervisor who reviews. The sheet is yours.

  2. They connect the role to your systems.

They request access to the ERP, the email, the WhatsApp and the spreadsheets, just as for a new hire, with the permissions you decide. They configure the role's tools and write whatever code is missing so it reads and writes where your team works.

  3. They test it with your real work.

Before the role touches anything, it sits an exam with real cases from your operation, including a trap case where it has to ask instead of making something up. If it doesn't pass, it gets adjusted and tested again.

  4. They put it to work and watch it.

In the first weeks they review the record with the supervisor: what the role did, what it left for a person, where it got it wrong. Every correction is written down as a new rule and a new exam case.

  5. They stay.

When your process changes, they update the sheet. When a better AI model ships, they swap it without your team noticing. When something fails, they answer. They are included in the role's salary.

If something fails, an engineer with a name answers. Not a ticket.

Who they are

The engineers who go into your company.

They are the engineering team of MC Tech Studio, the company behind Yunt: software, data, architecture, cybersecurity and project management. The project managers run each deployment with your team from start to finish; the engineers connect, test and maintain the role.

Why they come included

The AI you already bought still isn't working in your company.

You have ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, and a person is still classifying the invoices. The model doesn't know how the work gets done in your company, and learning that isn't the model's job: it's an engineer's job.

Large corporations hire engineers like these by the project, at a price only they can pay, and when the project ends the engineers leave. At Yunt they come included in the role's salary, for mid-sized companies, and they don't leave.

Forward deployed engineers who don't leave.

You don't need a generic AI.

Hire a Yunt.

The AI that wears your company's jersey.

Leave your details and our calendar opens so you can pick a time. If you prefer, a member of our team will get in touch with you to arrange it.
